As A Spirit Warrior I Give Myself in Love.

To serve as a warrior of the open heart and liberated spirit.

This ‘warriorship’ comes in the challenge of opening your deepest levels of living, not just for oneself, but allowing yourself to flower into serving other humans, all species, and Gaia (Mother Earth) herself. Here you are giving yourself to the full embrace of the world.

I give myself to finding moments each day for silence and solitude, to make space for the voice(s) of the universe to be heard, to dissolve the culture of noise and constant stimulation into harmonious peace if only for a while.

I give myself to being in accordance with the nature of things rather than wilfully trying to change or subvert them.

I give myself to radical acts of hospitality by welcoming the stranger both without and within, recognising that when I make space in my heart for the unclaimed parts of myself, I cultivate the compassion and ability to accept those places in others.

I give myself to cultivating community by finding kindred spirits on the way, friends with whom I can belong and mentors who can give me guidance on the journey.

I give myself to cultivating awareness of my kinship with all creation, through a clearer understanding of how I use my energy in all circumstances, letting go of all that prevents life from flourishing.

I give myself to being present in all that I do, having an open hearted relationship with how I express, the gifts I have been given, to the world in a meaningful way.

I give myself to the practice of rest and renewal rather than busyness, to seeing my seeing afresh each day so that I might step more gently on the path.

I give myself to a life of transformation, in the recognition that I am always on a journey with both my gifts and limitations; so that the creative cultivation of joy in all its myriad possibilities and manifestations will be freed to dance!
