Spirit Warrior Communal Health and Well-being is a method that supports you every day:

Communal Health and Wellbeing practices will deepen your connection with both body and mind, giving you tools to navigate daily challenges with ease.

These seminars are open to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or flexibility. The movements are fluid, require no prior experience, and can be adapted to individual needs. By the end of the course, you will understand how to connect with your embodied self – both physically and emotionally – ultimately leading to a healthier and more balanced life.

By participating you will be learning a practical, experience-based method that empowers you to practice independently at home and in your community.

Integrating Body, Mind, and Energy:

Experience a holistic practice that goes deeper than movement and breath, allowing you to connect with your internal organs, blood, and energy circulation. This method works as a natural self-visceral massage that supports your body’s internal systems. By harmonising these elements, you cultivate a deeply rooted sense of well-being and inner balance.

Learning directly from Laba Raymond Towers:

Experience hands-on learning directly from Laba Raymond Towers, an authentic practitioner with over 50 years of experience in internal arts and 40 years of teaching others. This direct hands-on approach ensures that participants gain practical skills rooted in traditional wisdom, moving beyond theoretical knowledge.

Gaining independence for at-home practice:

Raymond’s teaching emphasises personal experience over theory, guiding you to uncover your body’s innate wisdom and activate its potential. Whether you participate in a brief workshop or an extensive course, you’ll acquire practical tools for independent home practice. By immersing yourself in experiential learning, you develop autonomy and confidence, contrasting with methods requiring ongoing guidance.

These seminars/workshops will provide an opportunity for students to discover for themselves, the innate wisdom they have, to find transformative inner and external strength and awareness, empowering them to be responsible in the process of improving their own health and well-being.

The first seminar/workshop will include the principles of life force energy work, foundational work for the internal organs, self massage, breathwork, standing practise and body awareness to name a few.

We aim to empower our students to share that knowledge and experience with others by becoming advocates of health and well-being within their own communities.
